hi, i also have an amd64 machine and packaged and played sauerbraten on it. so i cannot reproduce the crash...
i'd like to see a backtrace of the crash. please run the following commands from the command line: cd /usr/lib/games/sauerbraten gdb ./sauer_client then type 'run' at the gdb prompt. once it's crashed send the output of the 'bt' command at the gdb prompt to this bug. thanks - fuddl -- Among elephants it's not considered cool nor in any good taste to drain other elephants
