Did you have a Tracking: item in conf/distributions once? There seem
to be dependencies from that left, that I can only explain this way.
To remove those removing the Tracking from conf/distributions is not
enough, you also need to run reprepro with argument clearreferences
(and as additional argument the distributions you want to delete them
from, if not all).
