I thought you could see it by checking all architectures for dependencies on libgtkmm-2.4-1 (>= 2.6.0). But looking closer, the 1:2.4.11-1 still has the (>= 2.6.0) in the shlibs file (which should IMHO be changed to (>= 1:2.4.11-1) to avoid confusion.
