Current Debian version only supports: 'Currently supports Logitech
Quickcam Fusion, Logitech Quickcam Orbit, Logitech Quickcam Pro for
Notebooks, and Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000.' and MacBook iSight.
There is a new upstream version for linux-uvc, which might or might
not work.
To get it to work, people with hardware will need to work with
upstream (shouldn't be too hard).
