Hmm... that is perhaps confusing, but very accurate. It's a by-product
of some installation parameters; the first couple of paths listed are
set based on the way spamassassin is installed and the last ones are
hardcoded defaults.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to fix it; at the very least I think
it's somewhat complicated.
