Package: courier-imap-ssl Version: 4.1.1.20060828-5 Severity: normal
I updated /etc/courier/imapd.cnf. Then I deleted /usr/lib/courier/imapd.pem and ran mkimapdcert. I expected the new certificate to reflect the new configuration but I got the old one. Then I noticed that the program was using /etc/courier/imapd.pem, and I didnt expect that to happen since the mkimapdcert script complains when /usr/lib/courier/imapd.pem exists, but it doesn't warn when /etc/courier/imapd.pem exists. The result is that an old certificate is used instead of the new one. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-686 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages courier-imap-ssl depends on: ii courier-imap 4.1.1.20060828-5 Courier Mail Server - IMAP server ii courier-ssl 0.53.3-5 Courier Mail Server - SSL/TLS Supp ii openssl 0.9.8c-4 Secure Socket Layer (SSL) binary a courier-imap-ssl recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
