Hello again Otavio applyied a patch to resolv this bug.
packages are available in his debian public dir[0] please test. to test do: wget http://people.debian.org/~otavio/trac_0.10.3-1etch2_all.deb dpkg -i trac_0.10.3-1etch2_all.deb please let us know if there is any kind of failure in the package.
