Name: debian-offtopic Rationale: to be able to keep off-topic discussions away from debian-user (and maybe other lists). Long description: Discussions between Debian users and/or developers, but not related to Debian. It was created mainly to be able to move off-topic discusions away from the regular lists, but still keep them inside the community. Offensive, foul, ... language is not allowed.
