While the question about the plugin (or any like it) is good to know,
I assume Joey Hess is talking about the right click option on the play
button, rather than the playback options at the bottom.

I'm talking about right-clicking on the pause button and selecting "Stop
After This Song".
Yes, it only happens with Random Album Playback.

I can confirm that this does indeed happen, but, as you say, only with
the Random Album Playback plugin activated. I'd say this bug report
should rather be pointed at quodlibet-plugins.
