Yes, I does believe this is a problem with gkrellmwireless since my
system is very like yours but no wireless and I had never got any error
like yours.

You should try without the gkrellmwireless plugin on and then let me
know if the problem persists, if that's not the case then this bug will
be reassigned to gkrellmwireless.
