Bug#425068: Manpage for a2ps-lpr-wrapper

Attached please find the sgml source for a manpage for a2ps-lpr-wrapper. Please
either add it to the package or even move a2ps-lpr-wrapper to /usr/share/a2ps as
it seems to be not all too useful when not used by a2ps itself.
