I tested the upgrade path for aptitude but not apt-get :-(

Aptitude removes libpils0 because it was only installed as a dependancy
of heartbeat, and thus aptitude is able to work out that libpils0 isn't
needed any more. Apt-get isn't quite so smart and thus the bug you
reported surfaces. Both aptitude and apt-get should work fine with the
2.0.8-4 release.
