Bug#424623: Package broken - libsplashy0 unavailable

Package: uswsusp
Version: 0.6~cvs20070202-1

When trying to install uswsusp from unstable, I get the following error with
apt-get:
    The following packages have unmet dependencies:
    uswsusp: Depends: libsplashy0 but it is not installable

I have installed libsplashy1 as that is available, but the error remains.
