Heh well that's the awkward thing... the crash is so hard that there's no time to write anything to the log. So my log is empty :( I ran xgalaga using "gdb xgalaga 2>&1 >xgalaga.gdb", starting (and crashing) the program by typing "run" in blindly. What's the best way to proceed under this sort of circumstance? It's not obvious to me that xserver-xorg-core-dbg will be any more successful at recording the log before the freeze.
