Please don't conflict & replace with previous ABI/API versions. There is not a single reason to conflict with older versions. The package names are different, the file contents are different and the packages can happily coexist. In fact, they _should_ be able to coexist.
There is a reason we include the SONAME in the package name and we just don't call them "libopenh323" and "libpt".
You've done this in the past, I reported it and you fixed it. You should had it keep that way :/
[on a second thought, libopenh323 includes /usr/lib/pwlib/codecs/ which exists in older versions too; do *not* do that, place it under a different, version-dependent path!]
