It looks like sox misses some file formats.
Strange is also the printout of sox -h:
SUPPORTED FILE FORMATS: m3u pls
No ossdsp any more.
Last time I had checked I thank it had worked so far.
Unfortunatly (at least for now), you need to "make install" for sox to work...
Otherwise sox won't find its format libraries.
