  I don't understand how removing sylpheed-claws-gtk2 goes into removing
things like build-essential, I believe you have more problems than just
sylpheed-claws-gtk2 with your current package set.

  Anyway, you didn't mention the version sylpheed-claws-gtk2 are you trying
to remove neither the version of claws you installed, but the dependencies
added by reportbug belong to a s-c-gtk2 previous to the one introduced by
claws-mail package. I'd suggest to upgrade to the latest sylpheed-claws-gtk2
which will pull the claws-mail packages, and then remove the s-c-gtk2 dummy
packages. Tell me what happens.
