It seems to be only in Ubuntu, on the previous upstream location I get:
Please download ndisgtk through synaptic or using 'sudo apt-get install
ndisgtk'.
My Steps now are:
1. recreate orig.tar.gz without debian/
2. update the things in debian/
3. Add patch(es)
