I just tested using version 0.7.2+cvs20070512.1554-1, and the icon is no longer reported as missing.
I also tried to download <URL:http://www.mustangevolution.com/videos/mainpagenews/gt-police-chase.flv>, but the document no longer exist. Can you provide the new URL for this flash file?
