Bug#368547: expire-logs-days=0 hack can be reverted?

This issue was fixed in upstream 5.0.32, which is the standard in etch. 
 As a result, I'm thinking the disabled on expire-logs-days=0 hack in 
my.cnf might reasonably be removed now and this bug closed.  Just a 
suggestion.
