Please! Sometimes you have good filenames, but you don't have track numbers (either ID or in the filename). Then they are organized alphabetically: 01 aaa song 02 bbb song 03 ccc song etc. If you get several results from the same album for "aaa song", you can't see the song's name. It looks like that: 05 ... 06 | No result... | 11 aaa song / art / album [year] | 04 ccc song / art / album [year] +---------------------------------- The only reference the user has is the number 01, which can be related to the 01 above, but it's in another window. How does he know if it's 11 or 04? The user can, indeed, slide windows and align them side by side to do the match. Other approach is to read all options. It there is only one option from that album, then it's done. But if you get more than one option from the same album, you have to see the song's name. Adding the Title column to the dialog will solve it better. If it gets too wide, it could be resizeable or optional (right click on the table header or two checkboxes). This problem occurs only for song titles because when you have track numbers you can sort the list sequentially and then the row number is equivalent to track numbers (unless there are tracks missing...). -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-k7 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=pt_BR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages kid3 depends on: ii kdelibs4c2a 4:3.5.6.r1.dfsg.1-4 core libraries and binaries for al ii libc6 2.5-4 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libflac++5 1.1.2-6 Free Lossless Audio Codec - C++ ru ii libflac7 1.1.2-6 Free Lossless Audio Codec - runtim ii libgcc1 1:4.1.2-5 GCC support library ii libid3-3.8.3c2a 3.8.3-6 Library for manipulating ID3v1 and ii libogg0 1.1.3-2 Ogg Bitstream Library ii libqt3-mt 3:3.3.7-4+b1 Qt GUI Library (Threaded runtime v ii libstdc++6 4.1.2-5 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libtunepimp3 0.4.2-4.1 MusicBrainz tagging library and si ii libvorbis0a 1.1.2.dfsg-1.2 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii libvorbisfile3 1.1.2.dfsg-1.2 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi kid3 recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
