Hello Simon,
please read the answers inline.
It seems that the local trace file is
http://debian.mirrors.crysys.hu/project/trace/ftp.crysys.hu
Would it be possible that you put the local trace file in a file
"debian.mirrors.crysys.hu" instead ?
Tracking mirrors where the site name matchs the trace file is easier.
Fixed.

Do you think you can make the mirror also available under the debian/
directory ?
Having a common path for both ftp and http access is quite convenient.
From now, the mirror is also available along
http://debian.mirrors.crysys.hu/debian/
I don't know which sync method you use, but please use anonftpsync that
allows to have almost atomic mirror updates (so that the mirror can be
used by users even during an update).
We currently use anonftpsync.
