Hi.
I'm having with the new gnome-media package. It looks like the mixer is
not working any more, neither is the volume control applet. When I run
gnome-volume-control I get an erro message saying Sorry, no mixer
elements or device found, while with the applet, if I bring the volume
up, it goes back down to the bottom. Volume works fine with kmix and
xmix, but I have no control any longer on the buttons located at the top
of the keyboard of my laptop. Modules and sound card are brought ok from
hotplug.
I also tried to insall gstreamer0.8-alsa and gstreamer0.8-oss from
unstable and reinstall gnome-media after that, but had no luck.
Any help appreciated
