Package: etherwake

Hi!

We briefly talked here about the advantages of etherwake and the other
wake-on-lan tool in Debian, wakeonlan. We reached the conclusion that
essentially wakeonlan is a superset of etherwake, with the main improvement
being that it is able to be ran as non-root.

My question hence is: is there an advantage does etherwake still have over
wakeonlan?

If so, I think it would be worthwhile to document this in the package
description, so people can make a well-informed choice between the two.
