The problem is that every OS will want to have its range of "reserved
UIDs" (Debian for instance). So, we should probably better left this
to specific OS utilities, such as Debian's adduser.

Tomasz, any ideas to share about this? You can even discuss this in
Polish with Dariush as long as you post a summary later....:-)
