Hi Mauro, I have tried reproducing the bug on my machine and I was unable to. I have the same K3b version and am also using a 2.6.20 kernel.
I tried dragging the file on the K3b startup menu, and also in a new Audio CD project and both drag and drop operations worked (they created a new audio cd project with one file).
