Do you have any idea why it is not included in http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/releases/ ?
Hi all, I'm one of the maintainers of that package and it's not included by default on SeaMonkey because Robert Kaiser (a member of the SeaMonkey council) prefered only including the package after having 100% of the strings translated. As of 1.1.1 we still missing some Venkman and Chatzilla strings, but Mail&News, Composer and Browser are OK.
