Package: mnogosearch
Version: 3.2.41-0.2
Severity: normal

During review of the German translation of the new Debconf templates
it was noted that the templates refer to paths / files not existing in
any package in Sid or Etch. If your next upload includes a major
reorganisation (paths) and adds the files mentioned please ignore this
part of the bug.

The following two files/paths do not exist (according to apt-file):
/usr/share/doc/mnogosearch/INSTALL.gz
/usr/share/doc/mnogosearch/storage.txt

Also the templates containing these files miss the final full stop
(which I don't know if you did this on purpose).

Further issues in the original template arose during review of the
German translation. Please double check with a native speaker if our
suggested corrections are indeed correct.

-"Please note that these options will only be asked of you the first time "
-"around and only new options will show during future upgrades."
+"Please note that you will be asked for these options only the first time "
+"around and only new options will be shown during future upgrades."

Rationale: I've never heard "to ask of" (but this might be my limited
english); the options will be shown (passive) not will show themself
(active) because debconf does it for them.

-"privledges on the database. It is most often not the superuser for the Unix "
+"privileges on the database. It is most often not the superuser for the Unix "

Rationale: Spelling

-"related database items will be setup and stored."
+"related database items will be set up and stored."

Rationale: The verb is "to set up" while the noun is "setup"

- " it's own user \"mnogosearch\" so that permissions can be tightened down."
+ " its own user \"mnogosearch\" so that permissions can be tightened down."

Rationale: it's is shorthand für "it is" but here you refer to the
username

-"This script can create database users, create a database and setup the "
+"This script can create database users, create a database and set up the "

Rationale: see above
