Hello, Since Dept. of CIS and Dept. of CSIE in NCTU,Taiwan were just merged into one Dept. of CS, the old CIS/CSIE services were in the progress of transformation into the newer CS sevices. So the Debian mirror in "linux.cs.nctu.edu.tw" is just a copy (NFS physically) from "debian.csie.nctu.edu.tw" currently. That's the answer for your first and second questions.
We had a meeting about the mirror service yesterday and the overall system manager said that we want the enlarge the scale of this service. So, PLEASE ABANDON this submission. We will make another submission once we finish the newer system structure. Perhaps we will use "debian.cs.nctu.edu.tw" insteand of "linux.cs.nctu.edu.tw". "debian.csie.nctu.edu.tw" will not stop its services before we change "debian.csie" to "debian.cs".
