Bug#421353: libgtk2.0-0: missing icons in GNOME applications

        Paul,

 I was explained that this might be due to a missing "Inherit" on the
 "gnome" icon theme.  What is your theme outside of GNOME (i.e. before
 gnome-theme-manager runs)?  Can you attach its index.theme?
