I the print/options menu of epiphany I have selected to print header and footer lines on the top and bottom of the paper. When printing a page, everything is printed *but* the header and footer lines. In fact there are small dots on the top and bottom border of the paper which may be remains of letters. These seem to be placed even on top respectively beneath the printable area and thus did not get printed. I use A4 as a paper size and it is correctly set for cups and in epiphany's page settings dialog.
