OK, I found, that you have change:
[service]_tls_cert_file to tls_[service]_cert_file,
imap_tls_cert_file/imap_tls_key_file not working, but:
tls_imap_cert_file / tls_imap_key_file is OK
from changelog:

between the documentation and the code, as well as a more standard

for specifing service-specific configuration options in imapd.conf.

use [servicename]_tls_*, where servicename is the service
identifier from cyrus.conf for that particular process.
so, this is back to old-style config...
