Ouch - that file is over 2MB in size!  That's *huge*, and I feel a
little uncomfortable providing a script which automatically downloads
such a large file.

What about the "Obsolete and Locally Created Packages" tree in
aptitude (and something equivalent in dselect, if I recall)?
