Hi, this is no bug. Your notebook doesn't come out of suspend when you open LID sometimes (do you have laptop-mode-tools installed?) but it does when you press a key on your keyboard.
So if you press the power button it gets out of suspend but then immediatly powers down because acpid maps the power button to a shutdown. So this is no bug, just press another key than the power button. Can you please test this? I would close the bug in 2 weeks.
