retitle 414118 Problems exploring local files with locale=es_ES.UTF-8 thanks
I'm translating this into english so more people could study this issue. The original bug report said this: If you have "locale" set to 'es_ES.UTF-8', when exploring local files which uses punctuation symbols, these files and directories are not shown, avoiding proper exploration. Once the locale is changed to 'es_ES' problem doesn't happen anymore. -- Raúl Sánchez Siles
