Hi Franck, debian-zh-faq still build-depends on dvipdfm. texlive-base-bin doesn't provide it anymore (which is a good thing, I think), so the build depends are unsatisfiable. The situation evolved slightly since the bug was opened, since before, it failed to build because sbuild didn't consider the build-depends "globally", but one after the other, reaching conflicting build-depends.
