Package: cdbs
Version: 0.4.48
Severity: normal

Hi,

I tried using cdbs to package software that contains a non-standard
configure script. According to the cdbs docs there is a variable
COMMON_CONFIGURE_FLAGS that can be used to overwrite cdbs default
behavior. I failed to get the intended behavior from cdbs.

It seems like no such variable is ever touched by cdbs. Running

        grep -R COMMON_CONFIGURE_FLAGS /usr/share/cdbs/*

yields no results.

Apparently the documentation is outdated/wrong.

Thanks,

Michael
