GnuCash radically changed the HBCI libraries it's built upon for 1.8.10. The new ones aren't in Debian yet. As an interrim solution, you can "usually" find gnucash-hbci and dependencies at deb http://people.debian.org/~tviehmann/debian/ unstable/ presently, though, that server is down and you'll have to help yourself to the debs at deb http://vman.de/debian/ unstable/ the latter in turn, will likely close down after people.debian.org is able to offer the debs or the packages are included in debian proper (the first one offered already is in already unstable).
