This happens because the default URL for the help file is "/index.html" (in default.properties). This will obviously not work.
I'll attempt to improve the situation when I package the new upstream version (2.6). -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
