Hi,

It turns out that the process ``famd -T 0'' always changes itself to the
*current* kde user. And if there is no kde login, the process returns
back to root user.

Although it is still weird, it seems more reasonable than what it
appeared to be. If you think it is supposed to behave like that, you may
close the bug report. Thanks.
