Hello, There is an ITP for horde3, but the package got uploaded in January, this year (at least the changelog in the package says that). Possibly, this bug is an ITA... But I downloaded the packages from http://www.psabs.com.br/debian/pool/main/h/horde3/, and it doesn't includes previos changelog entries...
