Package: nagios-common Version: 2:1.3-cvs.20050116-4 Severity: normal
Thank you again for the great improvments in nagios packaging ! contacts.cfg use by default : [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have reported that localhost.localdomain is not supported by exim(4) default configuration (is it a debian standard for localhost, i could not tell) on exim : http://bugs.debian.org/301559 though in the main time nagios could change to localhost as i guess other mail transport don't support it and it won't be fixed for sarge. The other problem - that nagios-admin and pagenagios are not defined in the user mta as alias - i don't know how to solve automatically may be solved by a note in the README.Debian that the user have to define them himself (except if a layer already exists to define them automatically in debian , though i don't know of any : /etc/aliases is mostly for exim and sendmail derivatives). That s great that such tiny configuration issue are the only remaining glitches.
