upload a version of showimg that uses libkexif1{,-dev} _not_
libkexif0{,-dev}.
showimg 0.9.4-2 uses libkexif0. Upstream released 0.9.4.1 that
can use libkexif0 or libkexif1. So a minimun change would be
to take 0.9.4.1, copy your 0.9.4/debian and change in control
s/libkexif0/libkexif1/. (The diff I send additionally peacifies
lintian. Feel free ignore/use parts of it as it like.)
Background: latest kipi-plugins and digikam in sid, uses
libkexif1, and can enter sarge only when no user of libkexif0
is in sarge. a) libexif0 and libkexif1 debs are both build from
libkexif source. Therefore when libkexif1 enters sarge libkexif0
will automaticly FTBFS. b) showimg uses libkexif0 and lastest
kipi-plugins uses libkexif1, so showimg link/loads against
libkexif0 and libkexif1 because it dlopen kipi-plugins -> bummer.
