I cannot reproduce the problem. It'd be nice if you could rebuild
libticalcs4 with debugging and obtain a backtrace.

Given how ticalc_get_error() is written, the segfault will probably
only happen in some memory configuration. There's probably a small
buffer overflow in there (as per TiLP's tradition, you're due to have
a buffer overflow of some kind in each release :)).
