Hey Patrick, It sure solve the issue for people running LDAP v3 but I guess it must break it for people running LDAP v2 so I think the best solution would be to include it as a parameters or autodetected during the install. I'm not a php guru but it might be possible to include it in the php.ini as well...
What do you think ?
