Just to tell my story. I have looked after aplpication using F11
... but in the end it was gnome 2.6 itself (seems kde too from):

well keybind application are now integrated in the desktop so
most >= sarge user will have this problem.

Well i hope someday a keybinding protocol will be available so
cross desktop application won't have to track each keybinding
change in all the desktops ...
