I don't understand your bug report. 

In the text you say that C is chosen if A and B don't exist, but in the 
picture B is selected for file "detect-autoconf.pl" and the "Dest File" 
appears to have the same size as B.

If C was selected, then the destination should be empty (at least if it was so 
before.)

I wasn't able to reproduce anything that would fit your explanation.

But in the picture an error occured for file ".elibtoolized". Did you confuse 
these?

Could you please explain a bit more?
And if there is an error message, could you please send a screenshot of that?
