Package: libtasn1-3-bin
Version: 0.3.6-2
Severity: normal

Most people with libtasn1-3 installed likely have it due to one of the many
packages depending on it; far fewer people would explicitly install it because
they need to manipulate ASN.1 themselves. Thus, libtasn1-3 shouldn't
recommend libtasn1-3-bin, and libtasn1-3-bin should not have priority standard
(causing it to get installed by default on many systems).
