the option ignore-nice-load for cpufreq (as found in
devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/ignore_nice_load) seems to get
re-set everytime the governor is changed. So it needs to be set to the
desired value by whatever changes the governor – in my case,
laptop-mode.
I’d like to something like this in /etc/laptop-mode/laptop-mode.conf:
