Package: gaim Version: 2.0.0+beta5-10 Severity: important Hi! IRC chats seems to crash gaim. How to reproduce:
1) rm -rf ~/.gaim 2) gdb /usr/bin/gaim 3) Add an account, select IRC, add the screenname, add password, select 'remember password', select 'Save'. 4) If it doesn't crash directly, try logging in and out from the account by clicking the 'Enabled' field in the account window. Filling out the password isn't important for causing the crash. This is on a newly installed etch rc2 machine. Gdb backtrace: Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
